Client Correspondence

There is no limit on the amount of correspondence a Client may send or receive.  Clients are advised that persons sending items prohibited by postal laws may be prosecuted.  Clients must place their correct return address, including TDCJ# or SID#, on all outgoing mail.

Correspondence and/or publications containing content approving of or promoting alcohol/drug use, promoting gang representation, gang activity, weapons, and/or sexually explicit in nature will be rejected for Client receipt.  Clients will be notified of the rejected correspondence and/or publications.  All Client personal mail can be picked up at Front Desk.  All Clients must sign for all incoming mail.  Mailed contraband or derogatory propaganda will be confiscated.
