Our Services

Clover House, Inc. provides Adult Residential and Outpatient/Aftercare Substance Abuse Treatment Services. The overall mission of both the Residential Transitional Treatment Center (TTC) Program and Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment (OPS) is to maximize the potential for successful reentry and reintegration into the community for clients who have completed their primary treatment.

All programs are staffed by Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselors (LCDC) who are Qualified Credentialed Counselors (QCC) who are licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services; and/or Counselor Interns (CI) under a LCDC’s supervision.

These Services Include:

Transitional Treatment Center Supportive Residential (TTC)

Intensive Residential Relapse

The Intensive Residential Relapse Program is the most intensive program, where Clients attend 37 hours of counseling activity per week. These Services shall be intensive, focus on relapse triggers and prevention, be gender specific, and be culturally sensitive. Clients are restricted to the Facility; exceptions to be reviewed and approved on a case-by cases basis. The program normal duration is 30 days.

Outpatient Services

The Outpatient Program hours shall be determined by the Services required to assist Client to lead a life free from drugs and crime. The Matrix Curriculum is utilized for this program model for Criminal Justice settings. These Outpatient Programs are to support and strengthen the component principles, methods, and skills learned in the In-Prison Therapeutic Community (IPTC) or Substance Abuse Felony Punishment Facility (SAFPF) and modify, tailor, and connect these learned components to meet the needs of the individual and the needs of the reentry and reintegration community at this stage of the treatment continuum.

The purpose of the Programs are for successful reentry and reintegration into society by merging the modified Texas Therapeutic Community (TC) model, cognitive intervention/restructuring, support groups, community resources, and other components necessary to promote the transition of learned behavior and skills into healthy social practices.
