Clover House, Inc. was granted a Certificate of Completion in to have completed to satisfaction their PREA Standard Audit in 03/21/2017.

Clover House, Inc. operates under a Policy “to ensure that any form of conduct that meets the definition of Sexual Abuse, Sexual Activity or Sexual Harassment, regardless of consensual status, is strictly prohibited.  Such conduct, if confirmed, will result in an administrative disciplinary action and may result in criminal prosecution”.

Clover House, Inc. shall comply with all applicable PREA related Standards adopted by the U.S. Department of Justice.

Sexual Harassment by Staff and/or Residents

Reporting Sexual Abuse, Sexual Activity, and Sexual Harassment

Employees are held accountable by Clover House, Inc. policy to report any inappropriate staff and/or resident’s behavior of Sexual Abuse and Sexual Harassment immediately.  All efforts will be made to ensure confidentiality and no retaliation shall occur against the reporting individual.

Due to the serious nature of Sexual Assaults, anyone knowledgeable of a resident on resident or staff on resident Sexual Assault that occurs while residing at Clover House Facilities and/or outside of Clover House Facilities to include the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) Units is encouraged to immediately report the allegation.

Clover House, Inc. shall maintain Compliance with PREA Standards

  • Clover House collects accurate, uniform data for every allegation of Sexual Abuse at Facilities.

  • Clover House aggregates the incident-based Sexual Abuse data annually.

  • Clover House reviews data regularly to assess and improve the effectiveness of its Sexual Abuse prevention, detection, response policies and training.

  • Clover House shall make data available to the Public annually through its website: www.cloverhouseinc.com (All personal identifiers shall be removed)

  • Clover House ensures that incident-based and aggregated data are securely maintained for at least ten (10) years after the date of initial collection.
